Today – Volunteer experience for training fellow students in how and what to recycle on and off campus

This double award winning project, is a joint project with Worcester City Council and the University and trains students to visits flats in Halls and in houses off campus to explain the recycling, reward students with chocolate who are doing well and remind students if they’ve temporarily forgotten what to do!

It’s a great way to make new friends, gain confidence and develop some good CV enhancing skills through this volunteer experience.  Also if you’re a first year what better way to view lots of houses so you can see what’s on offer in Worcester well ahead of housing week.

Run by experienced students this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, have fun and make a difference.
