S2W9 Reducing carbon emissions in the EU through sustainable diets

In this session (23/03/20) we were joined by Rosie Rayner-Law, Membership Projects Manager for the Sustainable Restaurants Association joined us by Skype to discuss her work on a European Union funded sustainable diets project. In her presentation Rosie explored what food sustainability is and why it matters, she then provided a detailed project overview, highlighting some of the key findings so far.
