Carbon Literacy On-line Training

The University of Worcester is collaborating with the Open University to make Carbon Literacy training available to staff, students and citizens of Worcestershire. This free course is covered in two sections; the first is a self-paced online course covering 4 hours of material. Once completed, the second and final part of the training can be undertaken either online or in person.

Carbon Literacy training is an opportunity to learn about the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities and the steps we can take to reduce our carbon footprints. During the training, we will explore ways to reduce our carbon footprints as individuals and on a group basis to empower learners to bring climate change solutions to our daily lives and decision-making inside and outside our work or study.
