Worcester Students’ Union are excited to announce the launch of the Campus Wilds Photo Competition, a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their love for nature and win some amazing prizes! Whether you’re a keen photographer, nature enthusiast, or simply someone who loves exploring the great outdoors, this competition is for you!
What is the Campus Wilds Photo Competition?
As part of our ongoing efforts to encourage sustainability and appreciation of the natural world, we’re inviting students to submit their best photos of nature from any of the University’s campuses. Whether it’s a stunning close-up of a plant, an awe-inspiring shot of wildlife, or a beautiful view of nature, we want to see what you find on our campuses!
How to Enter:
- Snap a Photo: Capture a picture of any plant, animal, or nature-related scene on any campus.
- Tag Us: Upload your photo to Instagram and tag @WorcSU in your post.
- DM Us: Send your photo to @WorcSU via direct message (DM) as well.
You must tag and DM your photo to have a chance at winning.
What You Could Win:
Prizes will be awarded for the most creative and captivating photo! Here’s what you could win:
- A beautiful plant to brighten up your space
- A Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) badge to show your commitment to sustainability
- Hangar points to enjoy a tasty treat or drink on campus
- A certificate celebrating your contribution to showcasing nature on campus
- A Fairtrade drink or snack to fuel your next study session

Grab your camera, head out to your favourite green spot on campus, and get snapping! Remember, you have until 11:59pm on 30th April to submit your entries. We can’t wait to see how you capture the beauty of nature in your own unique way.
