Go Green Week 2025 at the University of Worcester written by Heather Sykes
Worcester’s Go Green Week 2025 is on its way. Activities will be running at the Worcester Student’s Union all week. Staff, students and the community are invited, so we hope you come and join the fun.
What Is Go Green Week?
Go Green Week is a student-led event that takes place every year and was organised this year by environmental and sustainability first-year students. The event aims to raise awareness of sustainable living practices and is designed to help encourage behaviour changes. Working with Worcester SU students work together to create a series of activities that discuss and look at sustainable options for the future.
At Worcester, Go Green Week is big. It is an excellent time for students to get involved and have fun on campus. Each year we like to run entertaining activities to get everyone stuck in. Throughout the event, our activities aim to help raise awareness of the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs).
Check out last year’s Go Green Week at Worcester to see what we got up to here.
